Loft1 is first of all a big family, which works in harmony and respect towards a common goal.
The founder, Vittorio Pedri, during the FW21-22 collection show, strongly wanted every single employee to be valued with a small plate on the chest, close to the heart, to underline their role within the team.
This meant that each component of Loft1 felt part of the team and was immediately recognized for his strength by all the collaborators and guests of the show.
The founder was fascinated by how every single employee proudly carried the nameplate and how this small gesture created even more union between everyone.
